Phillip was born in Radford, VA. He attended Christiansburg High School and graduated in 1989. Phillip graduated from National Business College with an Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting in 1994. He then continued his education at Radford University completing a Bachelor Degree in Accounting in 1997. Phillip has worked in public accounting since 1998 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2001. When he is not working on your taxes or other services, he enjoys watching sports, playing strategy games with friends, and spending time with family.
Joshua T. Arthur, CPA
Josh grew up in Annapolis, MD and moved to Salem, VA in 2010. He earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Western Community College graduating magna cum laude in 2012, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Radford University in 2013. Josh has worked in public accounting since 2012 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2016. In his spare time, Josh enjoys music, cooking, BBQ, gaming, and working on home renovations.

Joseph was born and raised in Kingwood, WV, graduating from Preston High School in 2016. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Virginia University in 2020, graduating magna cum laude. Joseph currently lives in Salem, VA where he enjoys an interest in tiny houses and growing house plants, and spends his time watching TV, movies, and YouTube.

Jacob was born in Elliston, VA. He graduated from Eastern Montgomery High School in 2019. Jacob then graduated from New River Community College with an Associate of Art and Sciences degree in Business Administration in 2020. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, gaming, and watching basketball.
Patricia Gentry, Bookkeeper
Trish was born in Union, WV. She attended Summers County High School, graduating in 1982 and has worked in public accounting since 1999. She enjoys partial retirement in beautiful Floyd County , gardening, painting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Liz Hager, Office Manager
Liz was born in Buckhannon, WV and has lived in several states but decided to come back home to Blacksburg, VA to raise her daughters. Liz has an Associate of Science in Education from Georgia Military College and a Bachelor of Science in Political & Social Sciences from Radford University. Liz enjoys numerous hobbies, including kayaking, playing strategy games with friends, curling up with a good book, and spoiling her grand dogs.
Grace Nguyen, Staff Accountant
Grace was born and raised in the Hampton Roads region of VA. She graduated from Hampton High School in 2022 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Radford University in 2025. In her free time. Grace enjoys serving the NRV community, reading, and spending time with her dog.
